Of knights and love ~Chapter 3
Next morning…

A beam of sunlight shone into the cell through the small window. Joycelyn woke up, expecting to find breakfast already on the small table beside her bed. She turned and looked at that small table. The tray of breakfast that was always there when she woke up in the morning weren’t there. Maybe Zhi hua overslept or something?

Suddenly, the door was kicked open. “Zoel… right?” Joycelyn asked sleepily. She didn’t trust Zoel as much as Zhi hua. “Good morning, Bitch. Here’s your stinking breakfast.” Zoel put down the tray of breakfast on the table. Bad words fly out of his mouth as usual.

“Where’s Zhi hua?” Joycelyn asked her eyes glisten with concern. “Hah! So you care about that emo. You have feelings for him, right?” Zoel said as he sat down on a chair. He yawned; and said “Well, he’s at Rachelle’s room doing something…”

“Doing what…? *Gasp! Oh my god! Are they…” Joycelyn blushed madly. “Your head, you perverted little bitch!” Zoel smack her head. “Ow, ow, ow… And… can you stop calling me bitch?” Joycelyn rubbed her head. “Don’t you order me around.” Zoel replied fiercely.

“No fair! Since you call me by such a rude word… I will call you Mr.Kachang!” Joycelyn said. “MR.KACHANG?! What the hell? Who taught you that?” Zoel asked in disbelieve. He didn’t expect the princess’s mouth to be as dirty as his. “Well, it’s Ser min. She says if you ever get bullied by a guy whose hair color is Sky blue… call him Mr.Kachang. And your hair is Sky blue…”

“YOU ARE KIDDING ME! SER MIN? TAN SER MIN? That… that violent old aunty! That’s it, I’m getting out of here!” Zoel walked out and slam the door… again. “Is there something between him and Ser min in the past? And… I forgot to tell him that this bread is not edible. It’s… butter with vinegar…”

“You… really are going to do that…?” Rachelle asked Zhi hua. “Yes… Tonight…” Zhi hua said.

“You really are going to take Joycelyn and escape to a faraway land tonight? But why?” Rachelle asked. “I heard that Aquaria are going to invade tonight. That’s all you need to know.” Zhi hua replied. Rachelle tried to read his face for more answers but failed. His face had never shown any emotions, let alone reading his face for more answers. “So,” Zhi hua stared at Rachelle, “I want you to come too.”

“Why me? Just because we are childhood friends? Do any other people know this too?” she asked again. “Yes, there are other people who knew about this. Zoel’s coming. Don’t say anything; you can only answer yes or no.” Zhi hua said in a firm tone. “I… don’t know.” Rachelle turns her face away. “I will take that as a yes.” Zhi hua turned and left the room.

Rachelle watched Zhi hua left the room. She clutched a fist and put it in front of her chest. “Do you know how much I love you…Zhi hua?”

The knights of Aquaria is getting is ready now for their invasion tonight. Everyone did all the necessary preparations, from sharpening their sword to doing their business in the toilet.

“Tutu…checked! Microphone…checked!!” Clara made sure that all the stuffs she needed was in her Barney backpack. “Heck…why do you need all those?” Kelly walked into her room to check on what she had prepared.

“As you know, I hate fighting. So I decided to dance and sing to bring peace and stop the fight!” Clara said cheerfully. “I think you are doing that to attract guys, right? Which one you want? The one with sky-blue hair? Or the one with emerald green eyes? The monk? And I heard there’s one who cosplays as a chicken.”

“Lol. You mean Zoel, Zhi hua, Hong hao and Zhi en? Come on, I have better taste…” Clara said. “Aren’t they good? Zoel got pretty hair; Zhi hua is one sexy emo; Hong hao is the hottest monk in the world and well…Zhi en’s a chicken. You know, I do research on our enemies.” Kelly said. “Heh…they are all guys…I bet you are the one who’s interested.” Clara smiled slyly. “Whatever.” Kelly left the room.

Zoel walked into Joycelyn cell to check on her again. He actually didn’t want to, due to the whole Ser min thing. But since it’s Mr.choe’s orders, he had no choice but to obey.

“Here’s your lunch, stupid woman.” Zoel put a tray down on the table. Joycelyn looked. Thank god, it’s edible this time. She took a bite. “Yummy!” Joycelyn exclaimed. “Well, we have a change of cooks between Chanel and Joycelyn Tay. Chanel’s one is simply inedible.” Zoel explained, sitting down onto the chair reading a copy of Playboy he brought in with him.

After he finished reading Playboy, he notices that Joycelyn had finish eating. The plate was so clean that he suspect Joycelyn had licked it. He looked at his watch.

5 pm. Aquaria invades at 6 pm. He and Joycelyn had to find Zhi hua now.

Joycelyn was staring at the window. “AH!” she blurted out of surprise when Zoel pull her up suddenly. “Let’s go!” Zoel said. “Where? I’m not leaving. I don’t trust you.” Joycelyn said, staring fiercely at him.

“Hmph.” Zoel pull Joycelyn towards him. Their lips landed. He hugged her to deepen the kiss. He licks her lower lip, encouraging her to open her mouth. Joycelyn tried to resist, but couldn’t. They broke free for air.

“Damn it, woman. WHY DIDN’T YOU OPEN UP YOUR MOUTH JUST NOW?”

“You…you! Mr.Kachang! You…you stole my virgin lips! And why should I open my mouth? Who knows what you will do?” Joycelyn said fiercely, with tears in her eyes. “Oh, my. You are a pervert one. Virgin lips? Mine too. Just come with me!” He pulls Joycelyn with him and walks out. “We are going to find Zhi hua.”

After thirty-minutes of searching, they found Zhi hua. “What’s happening?” Joycelyn asked, still confused about the current situation. “There’s no time to explain.” Zhi hua said. True enough, a loud explosion could be heard from Ying yu’s room. “They have invaded thirty-minutes earlier.”

“Who invaded?” Joycelyn asked. “Aquaria. To save you.”

Joycelyn eyes widened upon hearing Zhi hua’s response. “Why? Why only after a month?” Joycelyn asked. “They had been preparing for the past month. We are leaving. To Europe.” Zhi hua said. “But how about the others? Especially Ying yu? They have invaded through her room!”

“Zoel’s coming. Not sure about Rachelle though I’m pretty sure she’s coming. Anyway, you don’t want to go back to Aquaria? This is your only chance.” Zhi hua said coolly. Joycelyn is still unsure of what to say.

“We need to hurry now! And about Ying yu… don’t worry. She’s the strongest of the Loyal knights.”

This has always been a question in everyones lives.What if... what if i could fly, what if i was the singapore idol, what if i got straight A's in all my tests.There are many more to come.This is an ebook of random IF's given to random people, by any circumstances should i not be held liable for any misconceptions.And so, i begin my journey of If's now.

Chapter 1
Dian, our first character, has a very interesting past. For a few days now, she has been using her new phone. This is typically normal but what is strange is that, whenever she switches on her phone, her bluetooth is automatically turned on. Whoever passes her gets a note from her via bluetooth without her noticing. Her most personal thoughts, inner feeling are all sent to the nearest bluetooth enabled device.

This continued till, one day, when she was brushing her teeth. She uses Colgate total white you see, it consists of a gel of such shiny blue tinkle.When she woke up in the morning, she noticed she had something stucked between her teeth so she went to brush her teeth only to find that the more times she brushed, the thing that was stuck between her teeth started to get bigger and bigger until finally covering her front tooth.It is pretty obvious what colour it turned out to be, Blue of course.

Presently, she experiences a sharp sensation through her bones when she doesn't send something to a device within one hour. The way she was suffering, she had to go to the dentist.
"Oww...i have a problem with my front tooth," said Dian in exhasperated pain.
"Great mother of pearl! What is that?! That blue th...th..thing! This is a weird case, let's see how i can fix it," said the dentist better known as Kavitha Morgan. Kavitha Morgan also has an interseting story behind her back. Noone knew this till recently when she was on the front page of the Bendy Times(opposite of straight times).

Chapter 2
Kavi Em as she was called, was the youngest of contestants in Singapore Idol. Noone expected her to win but then she became a prodigy amongst the Indian fans. Ah, she had won over the hearts of millions yet goes to normal school like everyone else.

These two characters have nothing to do in common, so let us see how they get related in their daily lives. Oh no! Dian woke up late to school...at 11.30!!!! She rushed to school despite her late timing and carelessly bumped onto Mr Basri. Upon looking into his overly large muscles, she was speechless in giving an excuse.She prayed hard for something to happen, like him getting a message from the vice principle or even the principle himself. To her surprise, an obnoxious ringtone...that is the mocha advertisement showcasting a muscular man selling his house rung as loud as Ser min's voice. An unexpected incident was yet to happen. Mr Basri was told that from that instant, he was fired! What luck, Dian!

As Dian stumbled to her classroom in fear, Kavi Em came strolling to the toilet with ten or twenty fans scrambling at her for a mere autograph. All of them were indians except for this strange, irritating little chinese boy, trying to imitate Kavi Em's superb singing using his squealing pig voice. Dian was walking straight when that little boy, Zoel, knocked straight onto her making her fall straight down, tension was floating like a fog around them, heartbeats pounding at the same time.
Chapter 3
An intense moment amongst them both, then reality struck them and Dian pushed Zoel away onto the ground. Finally, Dian reached the classroom but it was then that the bell rang signalling the end of class. To think that she went through all that trouble just for reaching in time, but actually the whole school day ended.

Meanwhile, Kavi Em was struggling to get out of the school in one piece. Everyone was pushing and trying to get a piece of her by pulling her hair, trying to snatch her bag and everything they could ever grab. Luckily for her, her ferrari f-50 reached in the nick of time. A dark figure, tall but nothing else could be seen, swept her away from her knees and into the back seat of the luxurious car.

Dian, filled with disappointment for the day, sank into the back seat of the worn out public bus. Then suddenly her body started to vibrate. Thinking it was just Nicole messaging her, she decided to ignore it. The more she ignored, the more she started to vibrate in all parts of her body. All eyes were on her. Then came an old lady, shaking Dian's arm saying,"are you okay,are you okay?" Upon the mere touch of this trembling creature's hands, a voice, embarrasingly familiar came out from Dian's mouth but instead it wasn't in her voice. "Hi Dian, did you finish your geography homework? I hope you've done it, cause i haven't, do you mind teaching it to me?"

Noone could understand this phenomenon. Not even Dian. She was starting out to be a walking, talking cell phone.The next day, news spread to the whole school. Kavi Em, together with her gang of friends, not including Zoel of course, spilled out teases and jokes at Dian. Kavi Em said in her low, cool voice," What brand are you, Nokia, Sony Erricson or Motorola....oh wait, your mum just called, i think she lost her 'cell phone'!" Everyone burst out in laughter. All but Dian who was crying silently in her oh so innocent heart.

"Don't you dare talk about me that much, i know your secret and i'm not going to hesitate to spread it to the whole school," said Dian daringly. Kavi Em looked into Dian's eyes coldly,"you wouldn't,". The whole hallway went oooooo!

Chapter 4
"Oh yes i would, well, everyone here is wanting to know who the mystery guy in your car is right?," said Dian purposely out loud. Every word she spoke resulted into two more people adding to the crowd around them. Just as they were about to get into a fight, the bell rang.

Mdm Rozi stepped into the class."Class stand!, Class greet!," I jerked in a robotly manner. Today was the last exam paper with tension rising between Kavi Em and Dian. Everything was fine till the moment when Mdm Rozi's gaze switched." I have a personal update to tell to you guys, but I'm not sure i should tell it to you. ", soon Mdm Rozi started mentioning all the good times she had with us.This only meant one thing. She was going to leave us, but for what and why?

" I am going to join the Ministry of Finance," the abrupt decision made everyone awe for awhile then getting back into their present state. Soon, eye expressions were being exhanged from all over the class. When is she leaving us, will she be back, will she still remember us, but the most important question is that, WHO IS GOING TO TAKE OVER HER PLACE?

From an awkward moment of silence, the class was filled with noises of questions. Heart piercing questions. For all this years Mdm Rozi has been through the good and bad times with us, but how could she leave us so abruptly and unexpectedly like this.What in the world was she thinking?!

Time has changed, from the time we were immature children till the time we were heartfelt, caring young adults. All this happened in just three torturous seconds. For all along we wished that she never came to school on a specific day, just to not catch one of us for not completing our homework, but now, we wished that she'd stay on with us for everyday. Regret and worry filled through our hearts and minds. All this was an unexpected surprise or should i say supreme shock.

Luckily for Dian, she followed some friends to buy a present or two for mdm Rozi. If this wasn't her decision, she would have been a swollen marshmallow by now, getting beaten up by Kavi Em.

2e5-slurp~ Of knights and love chapter 2

“Woman, here’s your dinner.” Zhi hua walked into the cell of Joycelyn, holding a tray of food. He put it down beside her and stared blankly at her, waiting for her to eat. Joycelyn stared at the food in disgust. It was steak with peanut butter on it and mashed potatoes with red beans on it. Her stomach churned at the sight of it. There’s a cup of water beside it, and it looked like hot chocolate. She took a sip of it.

“PUI!!!! *cough… Zhi hua, what’s in it?” Joycelyn asked, still choking a bit. “Hot Chocolate, Coffee, Bandung and Milo.” Zhi hua replied coolly. “And woman, the drink you just spat out landed all on my shirt.”

Joycelyn finally noticed that his pure white shirt had become brown. “I’m sorry! I’m sorry! I’m sorry!” Joycelyn kept apologizing. “That’s enough… Joycelyn.” Zhi hua tugged a small smile –so small that it can’t be seen –and patted on her head. “This… is the first time you call by my name.” Joycelyn blushed. “You are over-reacting, woman. Anyway, are you having a fever? Your face is so damn red.” Zhi hua put his hand on her forehead. She blushed even more.

“Your fever had gotten even worse. Let’s go see Zephyra now, I’m sure she can do something about it.”

Ann, one of the loyal knights of Aquaria, walked down the corridor. She yawned loudly due to lack of sleep. “I don’t expect you to yawn so un-womanly… Ann Lang!” Thinesh suddenly pop up behind of Ann. “AHHHHH!!!!!!!!! DAYLIGHT GHOST!!!!!!!!!” Ann shouted as she was freak out. “ANN LANG!” Thinesh shouted. “Oh, it’s only T.T… “ Ann said, feeling relived. “Stop calling me T.T, Ann. I’m your superior!” Thinesh scowl and poke on Ann’s forehead.

“Stop doing that!” Ann said fiercely but was blushing at the same time. “So, are you ready to save Joycelyn?” Thinesh asked cheerfully. “Yeah, yeah… Joycelyn this, Joycelyn that…” Ann mumbled. “I heard that… you are just jealous, no?” Thinesh said.

“WHO… WHO WILL BE IN LOVE WITH YOU?”

Joycelyn stare the surroundings in disgust. Organs lie around the whole lab in jars. Worse, there are human heads lying around. Zhi hua led her to a glass door and opened it. Zephyra was trying to snatch a tube away from Ying yu. Zephyra immediately stop what she was doing when she saw Zhi hua and Joycelyn come in. She dusted off some imaginary dirt off her lab coat.

“My, my… Welcome to my lab… I’m Zephyra, The MAD scientist of the loyal knights.” Zephyra warmly welcomed. “YES!!!” Ying yu shouted. “What the –YING YU!!! What did you do to Nitesh’s head?!” Zephyra shouted angrily. The tube Ying yu was holding just now is now empty. She poured all the contents on Nitesh’s head. It appears to be a potion that transforms things into chocolate. So Nitesh’s head had become a chocolate.

Just then, the door was kicked open by Zoel. “Yo! There are so many people here! Hey, a chocolate!” Zoel picked up that particular piece of chocolate and pop it into his mouth. He slowly savor it then finally swallow it. “Yummy… what brand of chocolate is this?”

“Apparently, that’s Nitesh’s head. It had been transformed into the chocolate you just ate.” Zhi hua closed his eyes and said. “Nitesh’s head? The brand of that chocolate is Nitesh’s head?” Zoel asked. Zhi hua rolled his eyes and sigh. “I don’t like to repeat myself again…”

“Fuck you, son of bitch. You mean I ate a HUMAN HEAD?” Zoel slam the table. “You need to use soap to watch that mouth of yours…” Zhi hua sighed even louder. “So you want to fight?!” Zoel let out a murderous aura, his hand at his sword.

“Stop fighting pig heads!” Zephyra shouted. “Tch!” Zoel walked out and slammed the door. “Where is Ying yu? Hmm? She escaped!” Zephyra was so angry that Joycelyn swear she saw steam coming out of her head. Zephyra bang open the door and ran out to find Ying yu.

“So, woman, sorry I didn’t get Zephyra to see your fever.” Zhi hua apologize to Joycelyn. “It’s alright. In fact, I didn’t even have fever at the first place.” Joycelyn smiled at him. “Huh?” Zhi hua looked surprise, though it didn’t show much on his face. Joycelyn chuckle a little. He’s so cute. “You just dragged me here. I didn’t even have time to explain.” Joycelyn scratch her head, her smile even bigger. “I see. Sorry. Let’s go back to your cell now. You need to get some sleep.”

“Sure.”

A second meeting about the rescue of Joycelyn, their princess, is held.

“So, we have decided to invade tomorrow night.” The king, Mr.Tay (in case you forget), said.

“WHY? I have to catch a drama tomorrow night!” Sermin, second-in-command of the royal knight, complained. “That’s all for today’s meeting.” The king ignored Sermin. “I don’t care, old geezer. I’m not going to fight tomorrow. Besides your kachan…”

“Ice Kachang.” Ann corrected her. “Sermin, you have a recorder, right? Set it to record the show tomorrow! Use your BRAIN!” Ira said.

“Oh… oh yes! I’m so sorry your majesty!” Sermin apologize.

“Good. Prepare your things and we shall invade tomorrow night!”
